What we do differently
Co-create, Don't Consult
We work with organisations, not for them. Every evaluation pairs co-creation with rigorous cost effectiveness analysis so partners don’t just know what works, but what works per dollar spent.

Testimonials
Interning at INLab has been one of the most genuinely formative experiences of my early career. Working with Nada has shaped how I think professionally — from the technical side of grant writing and programme development, to something more fundamental: what it means to be accurate, accountable, and honest in your work.
What stood out most was how she approached the process itself. She isn't focused on quick outputs — she cared about doing things right, and she was genuinely okay with multiple revisions. For someone early in their career, that matters more than it sounds. It meant there was real space to see the vision, attempt it, fall short, and try again without the fear of failure shutting the learning down.
The environment she creates is open and honest, feedback is consistent and productive, and her patience with people who are still figuring things out is something I won't forget.
I'm still learning from this experience. I'm genuinely grateful for the opportunity.

Throughout my time as an intern, I developed valuable research skills, enhanced my analytical thinking, and gained practical exposure to real-world projects. The team was incredibly supportive and always willing to guide and share their knowledge.
This experience has significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth, and I am grateful to have been part of such an inspiring environment.
