WHO WE ARE

We exist to make impact evaluation a catalyst for transformation

INLab (Impact & Narrative Lab) was founded to address a persistent challenge across the development sector: why well-funded programmes with strong monitoring systems still struggle to demonstrate meaningful, lasting change.

Even when evaluations meet donor standards and follow best practices, deeper transformation often remains difficult to capture and even harder to translate into action.

INLab was created as more than a research institute. We are a measure–learn–transform hub, where evaluation becomes a tool for acceleration, not just accountability. We support NGOs, donors, businesses, and government partners in designing evaluations that capture complexity, generate insight, and drive adaptive decision-making.

Our work sits at the intersection of rigorous evaluation methods and real-world impact. By combining technical expertise with a commitment to equity-centered approaches, we help organizations move beyond compliance toward meaningful, evidence-driven change.
